Here Is What You Will Learn:

LESSON 1

Discovering and Learning Your Power:

When we think about authenticity and being real, it can mean living authentically, aligning your actions, thoughts, and feelings with your true self, and embracing vulnerability rather than hiding behind masks or societal expectations.

It involves stripping away the facades we often build to please others, fit in, or avoid conflict and instead presenting ourselves as we genuinely are, with both our strengths and imperfections.

In this lesson, we will examine what being REAL means for you.

Discovering that authenticity is at the core of our power.

LESSON 2

Removing Internal and External Barriers to Empowerment

What holds us back from embracing our Power is often a combination of both internal and external barriers. Our self-doubt, lack of self-awareness, living on autopilot, fear of judgment, and societal norms and expectations are a few of those internal barriers.

Then there are the systemic challenges like gender bias, racism, ageism, workforce discrimination, and socioeconomic inequality.

It’s time to examine these barriers and then remove them.

In this lesson we will examine how our deeply ingrained beliefs about power are shaped by gender norms, culture, religion, generational messages, and personal life experiences.

By understanding and challenging these forces, we can break free from limiting beliefs, redefine our own unique power, and step into our authentic life.

LESSON 3

Examine Your Relationship with Power

This lesson encourages deep self-reflection on your personal relationship with power, both in the past and present.

Through guided questions, you’ll explore how you interact with power—whether you tended to avoid or embrace it in yourself and others and whether you avoid or shy away from positions of power.

You’ll also consider what you want your future relationship with power to look like.

At the core of this self exploration is the realization that power isn’t a zero-sum game; it can be shared, nurtured, and redefined in a way that aligns with your authentic self.

By examining these dynamics, you’ll uncover new ways to step into your power confidently and collaboratively.

LESSON 4

Power in Action

What good is having Power if we never put it into action and use it for good?

But not all power is the same.

In this lesson focuses on understanding and activating different types of power: power within (personal strength and confidence), power with (collaborative power shared with others), and power to (the ability to act and create change).

You’ll explore your own self-power by using your imaginative brain to envision the life you truly want.

By tapping into your inner resources, this lesson guides you in harnessing these different dimensions of power to take meaningful action toward your goals, turning dreams into reality with intention and purpose.
