A free monthly live gathering where women come together for honest, expert-led conversation – the kind that goes deeper than a podcast can take us, and further than most of us get to go in our everyday lives.
We talk. We listen. We learn. And we leave a little more ourselves that when we arrived.
Over almost 40 years as a Clinical Health Psychologist, I have sat with tens of thousands of women through some of the hardest, most tender, and most defining moments of their lives.
And over the years, I became deeply frustrated with the incomplete and oversimplistic messages offered to women under the guise of support. I knew there was a better way — a way for women to move out of living on autopilot, simply going through the motions while trying to fulfill the expectations of others, never really knowing themselves.
I kept thinking about the woman who has everything figured out on the outside and is quietly falling apart on the inside. The woman who shows up for everyone else and has forgotten how to show up for herself. The woman who had been told her whole life to be smaller, quieter, less — and had started to believe it.
Here is the truth.
We all lose when women give in to self-doubt and never fully show up in this life. Humanity needs authentic women — and the gifts and talents they bring to this world. What are you leaving on the shelf because of self-doubt and fear? We need what you can uniquely offer.
You are more than enough.
But knowing that — truly knowing it — rarely happens alone. It happens in community. In honest conversation. In the presence of other women who are willing to do the same hard, beautiful work of becoming real.

The Real Conversation is the beginning. The Real Women’s Collective is a growing community of women choosing honest conversation over performing their lives — through live events, private workshops, and deeper access to Dr. Lori. I have made it my life’s work to help women know and embrace their authentic selves — and that is exactly why I started the Real Women’s Collective. So we can go deep together. So we can shed the messages that have kept us small. So we can finally tap into the power that was always ours.
