Simply email us within 14 days of your purchase, submit your completed coursework, and let us know why it didn’t work for you. We’ll refund you in full.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email lori@drloristevic.com with your full name, the email address used for enrollment, and “Refund Request” in the subject line.
2. Attach your completed coursework.

Once we receive your request, and your coursework, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Due to the personalized and interactive nature of our REAL Membership Program and coaching services, we do not offer refunds once enrollment or services have begun. This policy ensures that both you and our team are fully committed to your growth and transformation throughout the program.
